This policy explains how Manor Mangal ("we") uses your personal information when you visit Manor Mangal or order from us.

Who we are

What we collect

Order details: your name, email, phone number, delivery address, what you ordered and any notes.
Account details (if you create an account): your password (stored only in scrambled form), saved addresses, favourites and language.
Payment: card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we receive the card type and last four digits.
Technical data: your IP address and the pages you visit, to keep the website secure and, if you agree, to understand how it is used (see the cookie policy).

Why we use it

To prepare, deliver and take payment for your order (to perform our contract with you).
To send you order confirmations and updates, and account emails such as password resets.
To keep accounting records, as the law requires.
To prevent fraud and keep the website secure (our legitimate interest).

Who we share it with

Only with services that help us run the shop: our payment provider (Stripe), our map service (Mapbox, to work out delivery distances), our email and web hosting providers, and, if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting. You can delete your account at any time from your account page; your orders are then kept without being linked to you.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@manormangal.uk. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
